You shouldn't need that, where did you see you needed it?

Built one last month. All PTFE tubing used was included in the kit.

Things I had to buy:

crimp connectors for the hot end resistors/wiring
ultra copper RTV silicone
kapton tape
disappearing purple glue-stick

Things I chose to add/change:

JST plugs for the PEEK and layer fans
Astrosyn isolation mounts for the axis motors
better fan for PEEK fan (stock one was junk)
better fan for RAMBo cooling (stock one was loud)

If you just ordered, you'd be getting a Version 2 Rostock, and I believe that is included in the hot-end kit now. You're reading the older assembly guide for the Version 1 Rostock.

But to answer the question, in the past a common insulation alternative to tiny PTFE tubing was with Kapton tape.

You'll want this manual from the SeeMeCNC site.
