Hello Everyone,
I am Jason from WV, and I just ordered my first delta printer (Rostock Max v2). I am new to the 3D printing world but have worked in technology for MANY years so I'm not stranger to the logic.
My first 3D printer was a Da Vinci 1.0a and I've had nothing but troubles from it. Stopping in the middle of prints, jamming, shifting prints, skipping steps, etc.. You name it! I've had the thing apart probably 10 times, tried changing the firmware, extruder, and hotend. Still I think I've only gotten one successful print from it.
So after much research and wanting a printer with a larger build area and one that WORKS I decided to purchase the Rostock Max because of it's reviews. I hope I have much better luck with it... Can't wait for it to arrive!

Thanks Eagle!
I did what you said, printed the manual and read through it some before hand. My machine arrived yesterday evening and I just finished assembly and it's running it's first print! The PEEK fan shroud.. So far it looks great! I really enjoyed building it. The quality was great and the calibration was a breeze!
