Hello; My name is Bruno.
I have been interested in 3D Printers for years. For a long time they were beyond the reach of my skills. I have been active in 3d printing for the last 6 months. I build my first 3D printer as an enlarged rostock. I have been tweaking it and refining my design for the past few months. She already prints fairly well. My build volume is roughly ~330mm cylinder by ~360mm height. I keep searching for ideas as well as look through allot of the forums, mainly reprap based forums and this forum seems to be very active and also very collaborative with new ideas. I decided to join your community to discuss delta printers in general.
Here is my proudest print.

It seems no matter what I do, it wont post the video properly. I put in a link. In either case, thank you for the warm welcome.

Re: Hello from NYC
The shoe is made of hard ABS plastic. Even if it fit my wifes foot. It would probably be the most uncomfortable shoe in the world, second only to cement shoes..... LOL. It was meant as a gift for the wife. Its more of a statue. However it looks very good, I did not have to sand or polish it. The printers finish was awesome on it. I can't wait to see what kind of resolution I get once I make my printer more precise.
