Will the delrin covers over the 608zz work with misumi 2020?

As long as its 1" it should be fine. 30mm may be pushing it, but it could work. 20mm is probably too small, though I am speculating. They were designed for 1" T-slotted aluminum extrusions.

I think the width of the slot opening is more important than the total width of the extrusion for this question.
Misumi 2020 has a 6mm wide slot. So does 2525, which uses the same size slot. 3030 moves up to an 8mm slot.
The slot width on 1 inch extrusion is 0.255", a bit larger than 6mm. 1.5 inch extrusion uses 0.320" slots, which is quite close to 8mm (0.315").
0.236" = 6mm
0.255" = 6.477mm
Measure your bearing cover. What do you think?
