Resetting homing on the Delta

Gday,
My Delta seems to have lost its way.
I need to reset the homing.
At present when I try to home the hot end goes straight to the glass.
HELP REQUIRED PLEASE.

As part of your LCD menu there should be an option to set z height.
That should be part of the assembly manual.
