Why doesn't this print a circle?

Post by AlanKilian »

Both Simplify and NCViewer preview this as a circle, but when I print it, it get two semicircles offset by about 5mm in Y.

I'm trying to generate circles, and when I try using a single G2 code I get no motion.

When I use two G2 with half-circles, it previews fine, but prints wrong.

It looks like two half-circles offset by about 5mm in the Y axis.

Any ideas?

It won't even preview in Cura.

I'm not sure what to tell you - you might want to ask dc42 either here or on the duet3d forum - he's the genius behind the Duet boards.

I'd like to try S3D, but it's decided it's not activated and won't reactivate. Time to kick some ass I suppose. Jerks.

The attachment is no longer available, so I can't look at it.
