[No Known Solution] LCD Screen Goes Blank

The screen on my Rostock Max v2 keeps going blank after random amounts of time on. When the printer is first turned on, the screen come on just fine. However after sometimes 2 min after turning on the power switch sometimes 2 hr into a print (it will keep printing though), the screen will fade to blue. Turning the knob and clicking it do nothing. I have tried re uploading the firmware and double checking all my connections on the board but I haven't found a fix for the problem.

Edit: According to SeemeCNC, the issue is related to static buildup around the SD card slot and occurs more often in low humidity areas.

Edit 2: According to SeemeCNC, there isn't a fix for it however, they did suggest a new LCD screen assembly might be less susceptible to the problem.

My V3 does the same thing if the SD card slot gets enough Goh vibration or is touched. Haven't found a fix for it yet, I just make sure the SD card is as snug in as it can get.

Mine does it rarely, probably 4 times in the last few months.
