Help with extruder wire resistance

Post by GPriv »

I'm hoping someone could help me with checking the wiring resistance for my extruder wires.
The temp will not climb above 224 after printer has been on for 10-15 minutes. While printing, the temp drops to 222 (at first) and hovers there, then steps down after a while to 217-218 (and hovers there, no matter what I have the temp set to).
Here is a pic of my meter...will this suffice? and what do I set it on, if so, and what reading am I hoping for?

Thanx in advance!
