Bead Height and Width

Good morning everyone,

I was wondering how to determine the height and width of the bead that is being extruded? I have a rostock max. I know you can set the layer height, but is that the same thing?

I'm theory, yes, layer height would equal the height of the extrusion. It is subject to machine accuracy and how well you have Z=0 set.
