Hi all!
We're new to the forum but we actually purchased our Rostock Max V2 last summer, based on a YouTube video done on Lasersaber's Channel. He reviewed the Orion Delta and answered some of our questions and we decided we wanted the larger build area of the Max and the build procedure seemed well documented and looked like it would be fun as well.
We took some liberties with the build as we went along to personalize and customize the printer, and the results were very satisfying. We actually took a lot of photos and videos of the build, thinking we would do a build log video or webpage. We might still do that as well, but we got so engrossed in modeling and building things for our other hobbies that we have not had time to put that together.
We look forward to interacting with the group here and exchanging ideas and experiences.
Nice meeting you all!

Hi to you also!
We would love to see pictures of your new printer even if you do not have time to do a complete build log just submit some pictures.
We also look forward to interacting with you not only for helping you if you need it but your responses to questions you know the answers to,
but sharing ideas, files and your thoughts.
Again welcome to the Forum, please enjoy yourself and may we see many messages from you!

Hi Eaglezsoar, and thanks for the nice welcome. This looks like a great place to hang out and discuss ideas. I uploaded some build photos to another topic where people were encouraged to "show your machine", so you will see some of the images there. I must say it was a real pleasure to build this machine. It was literally a great project for the whole family to get involved in.Eaglezsoar wrote:Hi to you also!

But speaking of pictures, your avatar has made me want to upload a photo of our team mascot. This is one of the coolest photos I have ever taken. I hope you like it!
