I've added this to the opening of Section 6:
"Note:  Under no circumstances should you route the wires for the extruder down the same channel as any of the end-stop switch wires.  Do. Not. EVER.  The power flowing through the stepper motor wires will cause false triggering of the end-stop electronics."
I didn't show how to route the wiring down the /outside/ of the tower for my health.

Dang.  I just did this.  Took me two days to figure out what was wrong - belt tightness?  Nope.  Skate wheels?  Nope.  Levelled platform, many times.  Nope.  STILL F'N LEANING.  Found this thread.  E Motor wire was running parallel to one of the end stop cables (part of a new rewire).  Tore it out and routed it differently and now it's all gravy.
