Its official, the rostock max is my first. Just ordered mine ! I'm somewhat nervous about the 300mm glass going into the mail thought.

The glass ships no prob. It comes in a box with the onyx, havn't had one break yet. Although the edges can chip easily, havn't had one break yet (fingers crossed)

Hey mine made it here to Calgary no problems, even through that huge storm AND despite UPS's best efforts to test it's durability.

Thank you for the good words! I didn't asked for UPS, but USPS, so i don't know how it will go. UPS rates and after charges are usually out of my reach anyway ..
