Ordered the Rostock and each day seems longer!

Post by geoalesolo »

Finally decided on purchasing the Rostock Max V2 and now Im just waiting for it to ship! Im currently looking into some dampers, carbon fiber arms, magnetic joints and 24v heated bed. SO if you have any useful links for me to look into then that would be greatly appreciated!

The best way to find threads that would interest you is to open a new browser and in the address bar type in site:forum.seemecnc.com dampers or site:forum.seemecnc.com carbon fiber arms or
site:forum.seemecnc.com 24v heated bed. You can search the entire forum looking for the word or words that follow the .com as indicated in the examples.
I have mine set up as a macro that types in the site:forum.seemecnc.com when I press a certain combination of keys then I just need to add the search term.
A good program to setup macros or hotkeys as they are sometimes called is software that is called WinHotKey Configuration which is a free program.
Click the search bar then select the macro and it puts the url site:forum.seemecnc.com in the search box then you just type in what you are searching for.
I hope this is understandable. Being able to search the entire forum really is handy!

Any other questions, just send us a message!
Have a great build! ( the dampers need to be installed during the build, they can be a bear to put in after the printer is built. The sound reduction makes them worth the money!)
