Best dual hot-end 3d printer
I'm in the market for a dual (or triple/quadruple) hot end 3d printer. Ideally it would be awesome stock with heated bed, all metal hot ends, etc. Anyone have any recommendations? thanks!

If you want to outfit a Rostock Max or Orion with multiple hotends, I'd check out the TriHotend (http://www.polystroooder.com/Tri-Hotend_p_9.html), which was developed on this very forum. I haven't tried it, but it has some really nice tech baked into it. Then you'd just need another cold end, or two.

yea, that's definitely cool and would work, but I'm looking for something that works more "out of the box"

Re: Best dual hot-end 3d printer
So i have a rostock max v2 and am very happy happy with it... I just got fed up with not being able to consistently feed soft filaments so I just bought a Flashforge Creator Pro and LOVE IT... its pretty much ready to run out of the box. THe bed is actually leveled at the factory (although I re-leveled, which i would expect anyone to do).
I really really like it... Totally different from my Rostock n Roll, but equally good...
Build size is little smaller length and width, but the height is where the stock pulls ahead.
I think its a great machine.

Airwolf3D and Leapfrog Creatr are highly turn-key dual extrusion products. Several models to choose from in the Airwolf3D product line. All fairly expensive compared to Rostock Max!

I own a FlashForge Creator Dual. They run about $975 or cheaper. It's one of the best printers out there. I can't say I do much dual printing anymore but I like having it. If you buy a SeeeMe you can always pause and manually switch filament for muticolor prints. More than one way to skin a cat.
