G'day eh!

Post by Kitecraft »

Hello all. I'm Kitecraft. From Calgary, Canada.
Wanted to introduce myself to the group since I might have to pose a question or 4 in the next little while.

I did it. I finally did it. After much time spent reviewing brands and types, pro's vs. con's, my expected uses against the known properties, I finally made my decision.
I dove in and bought some filament! Yaaa! :D
I finally landed on pre-dominantly PLA filament. So I have white, black, blue, red, and pink. I also picked up some Silver ABS, and the purple since it was on sale. And of course, a roll of Black Ninjaflex. I'm so looking forward to that.
So, I might have a few questions about filament that I'm sure the good folks here might be able to help with.
Oh, and yea, almost forgot. I also bought one of them there Rostock Max v2 kits to go with the filament. That was an easy decision!
I'm hoping to contribute to the currently meager offerings on youtube for RMv2 build videos.

Cheers.

Welcome. I know that if you did a pretty detailed build vid then you'd have a lot of fans :) I've been asked about it a lot.
I loved my Rostock so much I now sell them in Oz :)
