Now, the BELTS

It took me a while to realize that there is a small washer and a bigger one. You have to use the smaller otherwise, the piece will not fit together (duh!), look

This is where the small washer should be

I just super glued the washer for 'easiness'

Then, I put set the belts. I used pliers to get the cheapskates leveled and the belt fixed

In this episode, tightening the belts.

Hey Geneb, I have my own routine for "tuning" the belts without using my mouth at all and feeling awkward :-) Look!
Set the lever
Set the lever
then
place the wrench
place the wrench
Now, with a single hand you can hold everything together ... the form is very important, your hand should looks very fancy or it might not work! (hahaha)

Once you got the pulley in the place you want, you can use your other hand to tight the screw. Sorry there is not picture, but I used my hand to tighten the screw.

Done!

Next step, the extruder (cool end), with a mod ... stay tuned!

The "smaller" washer is a #4 flat washer - just like I specified at the top of Chapter 11. :)
