When I introduced myself in the"New Member" section a couple days ago, I mentioned that I had come up with my own design for a quadcopter that I was going to print on the RMax. One of the replies requested photos when I got it printed and put together. Well, the RMax is still in the box, but I thought I'd provide some pics from FreeCAD of some of the pieces. Seemed like a fun thing to do.

Re: Quadcopter
I've always had a fascination for the RC stuff; copters, quadcopters, planes, cars, boats, etc... but man is it expensive. At least with the printer, as you've shown, you could make a lot of your own parts or replacement parts, but the electronics are still a killer.
Re: Quadcopter
Yes it is expensive. I've attached an Excel worksheet with some pricing... fyi.
