Printer stops half way into print same place every time

It's a 7 hour print that stops about halfway every time. 4 trys, change the layer thickness from .4 to .2 then to .21 . Tried 2 different versions of Slic3r. same results
Tried print from SD card and pc. SD card is a class 10.

There is a known bug in the 0.8x Repetier, where sometimes it just stops.
You've tried the usual workaround, slicing with slightly different layer heights, your best solution is probably to upgrade to 0.9.

I was having inconsistent printer stopping that, after three successful prints, I believe was caused by induction from the stepper motors to the LCD ribbons.

I suspect that it stopped when the printer was doing intricate patterns with frequent direction changes. Is the place where it's stopping more complex than previous layers?

I just finished install the las test firm ware and re-calibrating. Started the printer up to try again with the same file.
Will know something in about 4 hours if I have the same problem. Or success in 6+ hours.

The print finished. No stoping half way. I used the same gcode I was using before I upgraded to the new firmware.
I upgraded to 0.91.
I would like thank those who gave suggestions.
