Iron man hand - ABS

Post by texsc98 »

Full sized ABS Iron Man hand for a client...

Sliced with KISSlicer
0.5mm nozzle
0.2mm layers
skin thickness: 1.5mm
loops: 3
25% infill
seam hiding 0.6
Bed temp 100*C, hot end 245*C, but only maintaining around 243*C (pushing the upper limit for PEEK)... I really need an all metal, LOL
"fine" support for angles over 55 degrees @ 0.4mm gap

destring:
prime/suck 5, wipe 9
speed 150mm/s
min jump: 1.5mm
trigger: 5mm

Took about 20 hours to print!

Base supports because the bottom wasn't even flat!
