I've finally got my max printing pretty decently after having to replace the motherboard. Still calibrating and nailing down all my settings but I've got one big hurdle that I can't seem to figure out how to jump.
It seems like when I print everything is oversized by about 10% on the XY plane and 33% on the Z axis. I'm really not sure what settings to adjust to calibrate this. I've thrown a few pics of an ABS test cube in for reference. Any ideas?
Also approximately what tolerances are people getting on prints? I'd like to have a realistic goal in mind to shoot for.

Thanks eagle. I tried every search term I could think of and never found that thread for some reason.
Got a partial solution to the problem. Adjusted z steps per mm in eeprom from 106.66 to 80 (for reference I have metal pulleys) which resulted in a 27.8x27.8x24.8mm cube. Still have to fix the XY oversizse. Going to try adjusting DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD as per the thread.

Assuming your using the same stepper motor, pulleys, belts, and firmware microstepping numbers for all three axis', then that number should be in all locations.

The esteps must match both in the EEPROM and configuration.h, the short version of that being that if your EEPROM is set to 80, the configuration.h must specify 20 tooth pulleys, if it's set to 106.66 it must be set to 15.chern wrote:Thanks eagle. So I counted the number of teeth on my pulleys. Turns out they're 20 teeth even though they're aluminum. Set steps per mm to 80 for all directions and everything is working fine now. I thought only the plastic pulleys were 20 teeth?

I've mentioned a couple times in other threads that mine are aluminum and 20 tooth (came from seemecnc when my plastic ones came cracked), so you do have to count them to be sure.
