overhang issue

Post by Bruce Wayne »

I’ve been experimenting with Orca Slicer and ran into an issue: when I try to print overhangs, the supports generated don’t seem to remove cleanly, and sometimes they fuse too strongly to the part. I’ve tried tweaking support density and interface layers, but the results are hit-or-miss. What settings in Orca Slicer do you recommend for easier support removal without sacrificing print quality?

You might take a look to see if there's a flow multiplier setting that applies to support. Tweaking that down a bit might help.
