Rostock Max v2 HE280/Accelerometer Upgrade

Hi Guys,

I just finished the upgrade of the hotEnd on my Rostock max V2 and here is my issue.
After sending G29 in the terminal, the first part of the calibration seems to be going okay but then the HE goes back "Home" and come right down the middle and slams hard on the plate, goes back "Home" and does it again over and over again until I turn it off.

Any Idea why my calibration is going so bad??

Full disclosure though, I upgraded the build plate to a geckotek3d magnetic plate. Could that be an issue?

and second is when upgrading my firmware I get the low memory message thing but also a bunch of errors (I attached a picture)

Build the firmware with the 1.6.0 version of the Arduino IDE.
