So I counted the number of teeth on my pulleys. Turns out they're 20 teeth even though they're aluminum. Set steps per mm to 80 for all directions and everything is working fine now. I thought only the plastic pulleys were 20 teeth?

Thanks eagle. I tried every search term I could think of and never found that thread for some reason. Got a partial solution to the problem. Adjusted z steps per mm in eeprom from 106.66 to 80 (for reference I have metal pulleys) which resulted in a 27.8x27.8x24.8mm cube. Still have to fix the XY ...

I've finally got my max printing pretty decently after having to replace the motherboard. Still calibrating and nailing down all my settings but I've got one big hurdle that I can't seem to figure out how to jump.
