Hey there i've succesfully set up my dual extruder setup :D I measured the exact difference from E0 to zero in x and y, also from E1 zo zero in x and y direction. Calculated the steps and save it in the EEProm and also in the firmware and if i do an toolchange everything works fine and the prints ...

Got the same problem
i fixed it (because i have no PTFE tube at home) by miss out the rubber from the bowden tube holder (is this the correct name?), so that the bowden tube holder pushes in the too short piece of PTFE tube into the nozzle

For the german guys in here i got the fuses from conrad: http://www.conrad.de/ce/de/product/5296 ... aege-T-5-A?. They are a tiny bit smaller than the original but they fit in the holder and hey it works

Oh there were a few things i don't thought about :o No i haven't replaced the stock power supply :roll: I ordered a few fuses, so i can test it with only one cartrige (12V/40W) per head and if it down't work i think i should do some replacements: -upgrade the power-supply and maybe -the fuse up to ...

i thought it would be useful to speed up the heating process
But i'll give it a try to run it with one if i receive the replacement of the fuse!

Hey there, i build up a ROSTOCK MAX with two hotends and i use for each hotend two heat cartridges with 12V/40W. Then the fuse of the RAMBO is blown up after a few minutes of heating up to 190°C.
