Thread the Aluminum, screw on the ends to the exact length, then setscrew or clamp in place.

I use a coat of glue stick then a light spray of hairspray on it, you can not pull it free without a hammer, until it cools down then it just pops off.

Cost of Print
I have a Print I am doing it is about 3"x3"x1.5" envelope. Cura says 12.23m at 34 grams, I wanted to know what to charge for a piece like this and how others charge. I have seem on some sites $1.50 cm/3 and don't know how to equate it. Also I have seen setup fees. Any incite and advice would be ...

Here is the Mario Song. The problem with this and the other music on the cnc's is the machine uses a cortisian coordinate system to make the motor moves/sounds a Delta Printer has to only use the Z-Move to make the music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-W7FEZU8yg the youtube embeding is not ...

I would make the body separate them make the pipes slide on similar to pvc piping, and make the middle support overlap and bolt together to hold into place.

I would imagine if you have dampers installed it may not sound as good, but will try it out. I just have not had time yet.

I did it on my CNC Machines, but not on the Rostock yet, I will see if I can get one going. I have a video somewhere of my 4x4 playing some.

Will be interested in what your setting are to pron it, Cura will not even generate g-code I imagine the walls are to close together, may have to size it up.

did you try to move the cheapskates with power off? I would imagine so. If power was on the motors are energized.

yes the lights do flash with ardiuno software, I was thinking about the eeprom config in repetier-host.

I wonder when you make the changes to the eeprom if the read/write light flashes on the Rambo Board? If so this could be a way to ensure it is working properly.

I get the error more and more now, So I switched to CURA for g-code generation and only user repetier-Host for machine control.

If you were to enclose the bottom 1/2 the way to the end It will work better, I added tape to mine and it forced the air better towards the nozzle.
