Re: Printer is printing things skewed
They were probably vacuumed up by now. It looks like the head must have got jammed but the motor kept spinning so it ejected the screws and damaged the threads in the pulleys on the way out. Screws from other motors dont screw in. I got replacements on the way!

Re: Printer is printing things skewed
Since the above post, the printer kept getting worse and worse until it became totally unusable, with massive shifts and bizarre nozzle movements. For anyone in the future that might have this problem: Figured out what the problem is by going over every inch of the printer and replaying the build ...

Printer is printing things skewed
Hey all, Its me again with still more problems! Today I finally was able to dial in my heated bed/glass to be super flat and after calibrating, the first layer is coming out perfectly. During this process, I figured it wouldnt hurt to make sure the endstop screws were also perfectly even, and ...

Re: Printer just kinda died, won't print but still on
Oh my god, the plug into the hotend board was slightly ajar. I guess the cable ran into a post and nudged it enough to push the plug lose.
Well at least I got practice taking the thing apart again. Now I have to calibrate again! :p

Re: Printer just kinda died, won't print but still on
Thanks for the idea. I tried that with no difference. I noticed in the IDE, serial monitor was spitting out a lot of garbage. After poking around in the code, I saw that the serial port was set to 250000 baud which the IDE can not do. So I set the baud down to something the IDE can handle and got an ...

The fuses are ok. When I power on the printer, LED1 flashes orange twice and repeats that pattern.

Printer just kinda died, won't print but still on
Hey guys, I hope someone can help me out. I have a H2 printer that has been working great for the last 6 months, with the help of this forum (thanks!). Today I was doing a normal print job and it just stopped printing suddenly. The LCD screen stays on and looks ok but the control knob doesnt do ...

Is the G32 command working properly in H2 firmware?
Last night I was continuing my endless struggle to calibrate everything, and I was tackling first layer squish. I'm looking at https://reprap.org/wiki/G-code for a reference and under 'M565: Set Z probe offset' it says to use G32. Ok, I guess I will try that. Based on the info there, I did "G32 S1 ...

Re: Not sure what setting is causing these errors
Ya, the fans are running. I was actually going to play with making them run slower since it I wondered if it cooled too fast. I usually print the blue PLA at 190 but the white seems better at 205 but I can try 190 again. I thought the z offset is to lift the nozzle a bit with the intent being to ...

Not sure what setting is causing these errors
Hey guys - I have a SeeMeCNC H2 and I don't know how to start addressing some issues I'm seeing. I have been going through the simplify3d print guide and I got the 3dbenchy boat looking pretty good (way better than it was anyhow!). I then tried to print a 20-sided dice in two halves and ran into ...

Printing in mirror image
When I printed the test tower above, the numbers came out mirror imaged. IS this due to a problem building the printer? At one point, I was told to connect the XY, XY, and Z stepper motor wires to the X,Y, and Z sockets on the motherboard. I took a guess at ...
