Yes I realised that it was quicker to create 5 profile and increase the speed for each layers than doing a more complex operations.
Thanks for the help.

G code increase speed for layer. ( S3D, Marlin )
Hi guys ! So after some tries with differents slicer, I let Kisslicer down for a while and tried to slice with Simplify3D. But I'm missing an option. On Kisslicer, we can print the first layer at a certain speed, then increase by X every layer until reach the needed speed. Unfortunately, I didn't ...

Re: warping
Bigger raft didn't help a lot against warping ( imo ). When I print nylon, PC or other kind of tricky materials, I prefer to use the same part and make a huge ( 5mm) $raft for beat the warping. Did you tried to use glue for a more sticky bed ? This can help in some situations.

I don't know the PLA ( never printing it.), but when i get warping problems, using a brim can be a nice solution. Did you tried it with your parts ?

Re: Delta vs Cartesian
Yes. As I said, we get a lot of functionnal printers and the " printing " capacity of the machine is not what we looks for. I consider that multifuction mean " medium to all, good to nothink " and that this will not be as functionnal as a full 3D printer or a full engraving laser. In the best case ...

Re: Delta vs Cartesian
I heard the argument of the speed but can you give me an approximative speed for ABS ? I was sure that the problem of the print speed depends on the capacity of the plastic to stick on the bed/other layer. I understand that less weight moving egal less inertia and probably better print this way but ...

Re: PEEK Filament
Yes you need a chamber heating. We tried to print it around 380°C, bed at 150°C and chamber at 65°C it was ok for little parts but for bigger one.. we didn t get good results You really need a little "oven" on your printer because the warping is insane ! ( worse than PC or nylon ! ) I test a few mo ...

Re: Two materials on the same extruder ! ( Need some tips )
Yes this can be a nice solution ! Unfortunaly, the machine that i use in my job use a Marlin Firmware not a Reprap, so maybe it s a bit different. And in this case we get big big 3D printers (610x350x500) so, i let you imagine how long it will take to changing the gcode by hand for big prints. What ...
