Currently working on a multi colored light. The red filament is Micro center Petg and the natural is Micro Center ABS. The piece was designed in Form Z pro 8. The pieces will continue to get taller and taper as it rises. The end will be capped off and will resemble a rocket/conical form. 35 hours of printing so far.. 45 to go. I've done a bit of post processing on the ABS and will go the Petg when finished printing. The current piece is 13 inches tall

what are your settings for PETG ( heat, speed, retract, are you using a layer fan?) I just got some from micro center myself, same color as your red I think, and wanted to try it. someone on the forum said its good for making electronics cases and prosthetic parts.

Hi Stonewater. Right now I'm using an E3d v6 with a 0.6 nozzle with these settings
245
retraction 1.5 mm (leaves very few strings and the strings that it does leave comes off just by swiping finger across the surface
70mms
Bed 85 with purple glue and Aqua Net
I love the stuff so far, the layer adhesion is amazing.. The only thing I would keep an eye on is build up on the hot end. I had a little build up on one print and it dropped onto the print and hardened. This resulted in the hot end hitting it and knocking my part over. I've notices 0 shrinkage and everything is coming out true to size.
