Stretching issue/ non symmetry

Greetings,
so basically my problem is the following. My rostock max V2 no longers print within a reasonable dimension. The offset in a particular dimension is far too great. Printing a circle results as an elliptic shape (noticeable only by measuring), square are slightly a rectangle.
See picture for reference. I have print that object and everytime it's stretched. Do note that I made sure the carriage are well running smoothly, that the arms have all the same dimension. We also obviously have all the belt tighten evenly, but nothing did change.
Alternatively, we have tried to tweak the step per mm in the firmware, but that wasn't good either. Does any of you can enlighten me? I know something is wrong out there.
