What type of Mac?
Have you loaded a Rambo driver?
Are you setup with repetier host?
Answer these questions and we should be able to help

I am running 10.8.5 "Mountain Lion" on the mac, 0.80 on RAMBo, and 0.56 on Repetier Host-Mac. I got it to print once and now it says killed.

You missed building it! Try reading the manual so you can understand it a bit better.
The killed thing it's normal. Printing from USB? unplug it.
If I leave the printer connected to my notebook when it's not linked using Repetier-Host it keeps rebooting itself... weird I know.
So I only plug the USB when I'm ready to print. Most people print using the SD card.

It goes to "Killed" unplugged as well. I know I missed out on the build, but I have a couple children that make that difficult. One of my issues is how the manual looks vs what I see. Also, I do not understand the manual programming side of it. The code that goes in to making it work blows my mind.

Couple of simple things to check first.
If you have successfully printed from your Mac then it was working at sometime!
Do you still have the Rambo driver loaded?
What settings have you got the printer at, can you communicate with it?

Well, lucky me I screwed it up more. I WAS able to communicate at 250000 baud through repetier host. I tried to update the version .80 firmware this morning after reading the MAX V2 destruction manual. I bricked it somehow. Now it does not do anything.

Ok. I AM ON TOP OF THE WORLD!!! Well, not really. Located .91 firmware and uploaded that. Now I am REALLY unsure of what I had before, but it loaded correctly it seems and .91 is running correctly.
