Hello,

I just got my RoStock V2. Not set up, yet. In progress. Been lurking a lot on here before I bought the printer. Very nice and active community. Hopefully, it will continue to grow and improve, and I can be one of the many early adopters! :D

Thanks in advance to everyone's helpful/informative posts. I'm looking to actively contribute to the forum when I'm all setup and running. Right now, I'm looking for calibration models to use once I get my machine running. I'm going to get as much as i can to dial in my consistency and accuracy or to maximize the potential of this machine. I'm going thru General Tips N Tricks, but I also came across this link: http://www.3dbenchy.com/ which I'll use. Now, I just need to find something larger to use to calibrate. Something that can maximize the size of the RoStock. Maybe a big odd sized vase or something...

Hi dajay23D and welcome to the Forum! We are glad to have you as a new member.
Thanks for buying the Rostock V2 and as you build and start to print we would love some photos if you have the time.
One of the best calibration tools that I have seen is here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:786309
There are many other calibration tools on Thingiverse also.
Best luck to you and your build and we are here if you have any questions or comments.
