Very nice looking prints.
Are they ABS or PLA?

Hi,
Do you have some advice to calibrate the extruder, Since Im getting the top layers while finishing is bad, All your prints look really good, rock on.

Looking great! Did you model this?
I loved my Rostock so much I now sell them in Oz

Re: my first 3d printer
I'm probably completely wrong, but are the prints from a pistol from a game or something? It looked like a sight on top.
I agree, very nice first prints. Those 'failures' aren't too bad either.

Looks like some pretty big gun to me. I thought it might be Deadpool's gun based on your profile picture, but he's got handguns that look nothing like that.

Looks to me like you need to be closer to the bed.

you think so?
Re: my first 3d printer
For a first layer, those lines are looking pretty round. Personally I would drop it a bit.

Re: my first 3d printer
Agreed; the closer you can get to the bed without smooshing the nozzle so hard into it that you don't get ANYthing coming out, the better. It gives you nice solid adhesion and a pretty glossy bottom where the filament was pressed to the glass.
If at first you don't succeed, you're doing something wrong. Try again, and if it fails again, try once more. Through trial and error, one can be the first to accomplish something great.
