I plan on buying a Rostock Max in December and look forward to assembling it.

I couldn't wait until December and got my Rostock Max delivered last Friday. The mechanical assembly is almost complete thanks to GeneB's excellent instructions. I really like the invisible cat idea and used it in my build.

It was fun to assemble and looks like a futuristic work of art.

I do have one question regarding the Kysan stepper motor for the extruder - which way is the connector oriented where it plugs into the extension cable? Pardon my ignorance ...

Thank you for the reply. I did a little more research and figured it out. Which I probably should have done before posting. I was just a bit nervous about messing it up.
