print head buries

Hello My orion is having an issue where every time I home it buries the print head into the bed is my best bet to flash the machine? Any help would be appreciated

Have you set the Z-height using the LCD?

and its weird I was printing just fine I finished a print homed it and then went to re calibrate before doing the next print now nothing makes it home it just always buries the nozzle

I believe you can get this side effect if you accidentally set Z = 0 from the panel at the top.
I'd reset the ZHeight to something reasonable in the EEPROM settings then re zero it from the panel.
FWIW You don;t have to recalibrate between prints, I only ever do it if I change hotend or build surface.

hmm ok I'll try that but I cant set z=0 from the printer itself I need to do that from the sd card?

You can set the zero using the front panel - follow the instructions in the user guide and you should be good to go.
