Hello From Orlando

Hello all, I've always been interested in 3D printers and have been searching the interwebs for the best option, I finally stumbled upon the Rostock and almost immediately fell in love with it, fast easy to set up, complete kit, great instructions, and huge build volume(for me at least), not to mention it looks awesome siting there and even cooler while printing. So after a little more research I ordered a shiny new Rostock Max V2, it got in about a week later and I immediately got to work, the next day around noon I was all done and got into the software side and tuning. I got everything looking good and started printing the PEEK Fan, which came out great, installed that and print the other fan, which also came out great, next up I printed a Frame style mount for my GoPro to take some video and timelapes, which also came out great.
Here is where I could use a little help. I printed a little cat, which went good until about halfway then it got really messy, after some research it looks like I had the Visualization which was hogging my computers memory. so with that off I printed a big cat which went good until the ears which got messy too, my best guess is maybe with it such a small area the tip of the extruder melting the plastic but I don't know, and would love some input. Some pictures below.
Thanks for the help and I'm excited to be part of this community.
