Hello.

My Name ist Chris. I`m from Germany and I really want to buy a 3D printer.
After long research of printers which can print large volumes, I found this Delta Printer from SeemeCNC.
I want to print life sized sculptures so your printer could be a interesting machine.

I will start some threads with basic questions.

Bye, Chris.

Welcome to the forum Chris.
We will try to answer any question you may have.
The Rostock Max series has the largest print area of any printer that is available for the consumer.

Servus Markus!

PLA . Ich denke sicherlich hängt das von der Verwendung ab ?
Wo her kommst du ? Vielleicht wohnen wir ja neben an ? ;-)
Ich werde mir das Gerät in den nächsten Tagen bestellen, ich bin ja schon gespannt.
Welchen Drucker hast du ?

Ciao.

Probably better to speak Englisch ;)

Yes, PLA is less stable then ABS but ABS shrinks more, so it is not so good for large prints.

I live now 3km north of Schweinfurt.

I have a RMax of the first Indiegogo-Genereation but with some modifications (http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=1289 , http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=2137 , http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=2070 , etc.)

Yes let`s practise english :D

Wow really impressive modifications, now I`m much more convinced to buy a Max, because I know I can ask you :P
You wont believe me, but as I saw your modification that the filament runs trough a centre hole on the top , I knew this is the first modification I would do when I will have my Max in some weeks. Because this was my first idea when I saw the Max for some days ago.
You have a lot of usefull modifications, even a emergency "deadman" switch is very good and practical. Also a hull was one of my first idea for a modification, to prevent toxic smell. I think a active ventilation with a fan is important.

Anyway Markus maybe we can have a call in the next days.

Bye Chris.
