Hello i just bought an Orion printer from SeeMeCNC. This is my first experience with 3d printing. I am running .91 firmware and using the Slic3r ABS files provided to configure slic3r. measured my filament and it had a average diameter of 1.713425. I went into the slic3r config and changed the filament diameter. And it printing just not very well. Here are some pictures for some of my prints if anyone can point me the direction i need to go to get it fixed I would appreciate it. Let me know what other info you need and i will get it for you.

Gear heart center hub the top and botton holes are smaller thean the sides and none of the fit the pins.

This was a planetary gear credit card. the two sides didn't match up and the pins were sloppy.

This was a euro shopping cart token and i stop the run after it started the first layer. there were really large gaps in the fill. and the sides are not bonded very well.

Thanks

We need to know some of your other Slic3r settings like layer height and width, speeds of printing, and others.
There are a lot of settings in there and they all can effect your prints. Would it be possible to capture your screens and
upload them here?

Under Print Settings advanced all the 1st seven settings need to be set at .6 for a .5 nozzle.
The rest of your settings look to be okay, you may want to experiment with the wipe setting.

Change what was noted above and see if you notice an improvement.

Set your layer height to .2mm
Leave 1st layer height as is.
Change all infill speeds to 30/s
