Well its been a year and a half since my 9yr old son and I built a H-1 and have been using it for lots of fun and work related things. ME (dad) decided to take the leap and get a Rockstock now while we had problems during the build all issues were taken care of by SEEMECNC immediately and with advise along the way we now have a awesome looking machine that is completely stock and up and running our first print was Saturday evening and half way thru the extruder jammed inside of the ezstruder unit, wasn't sure what happened so Sunday we tried again and low and behold did it again so went thru all pgs in manual and check for anything similar as well as forum but lucked out i can tell you that the motor got hot real hot 100c and nicely burnt the shape into fingers when i went to press the red lever to get filament out. spoke to John today at SEEMECNC and he had me check the coils of the motor and ta daa it is way outa whack. new one on way. robbed from H-1 and fired it back up3rd print looks awesome needs some tweaking used Slicer that came with machine don't know slicer setting just went with what Gene suggested in manual and print was again Awesome and gene I am buying several lottery tickets calibration set up was dead on on all 3 towers and perfect in center of bed (ya baby). print number 4 was done in kisslicer with mhackney's KISS settings no changes at all and let me tell you no let me show you the women bust printed single wall hollow and although some weird popping sounds from new reel of ABS coming out of nozzle which was evident from the mini holes hear and their in the body it turned out Freaking cool, super light due to hollow but i figure that if i change config to 2pass or wall thickness it will be dead on perfect the lines are tight and crisp cant ask for anything better than this just goes to show that an Original stock unit can produce sweet prints. this thing Rocks. only thing we added the triple ezstrudder top set up.
