While not actually a terrible idea due to the not so high heat requirements we ask of our print beds.
I would have a few concerns.
I don't think the CF would hold up really well over time. The resin would begin to break down fairly quickly. This would result in the CF fraying and getting not only "fuzzy" but not even.
I also am not sure that CF has very good characteristics against warping in the first place.

Carbon Fiber actually has a slight negative thermal coefficient, meaning it actually shrinks with heat. But you're not raw fiber, you're buying a composite product which likely is extremely stable thermally...that's one of the selling points.

The resin, if it's halfway decent, will not begin to breakdown at 80-100C. I've got a good amount of experience with pre-preg carbon and fiberglass from hockey stick repair.
I think it'd be pretty awesome. I would just be curious about the ability to get parts off after printing.
