After a bad collision and recalibrating my Z height, my printer prints very significantly out of plane like 3 inches over 11. How to rectify this?

If your off my over 3 inches as you state, and assuming it was just a crash and you haven't reset the EEPROM or something, it's probably more than just a calibration issue.
The odds are when you collided with the bed either you damaged something or at least loosened it.
I would check that the Belts didn't get stripped, you want to check the teeth that would be on the pulley when it's in an approximate printing position, on the V1 with the drive pulleys at the bottom this is the inside of the belt when the platform is homed, for a printer with the drive pulleys at the top it would be on the outside of the tower that would be damaged.
Pulleys could also be lose etc.
