ABS very large print--not bad...

I have a Rostock MAX v2 with "ghetto cover".
and the cooling fan for the internals (see above picture--note how the internals are inside the table. Opposite side of fan there is no barrier--air free flows out):
And I am using MatterControl:
nozzle dia. .5mm
extruder temp: 233
bed temp: 85
Please ask for more info in wanted.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
note: the mouse ears on the "box" (as original print) are 35mm diameter and 1mm thick). I had NO problems with lift during print using Elmer's Washable School Glue--disappearing purple. Great stuff.
