Hello,
I am attempting to print a positive of my residual limb. I am printing on the Rostock Max V2, with Taulman 1.75mm Clear T-Glase. I am using Cura Slicing Software with these settings.
The print looks very nice about 20 or so layers in, and then is brittle the rest of the way up. It appears as though the layers are not bonding very well. It is flimsy and brittle. I have tried lowering the layer height, slowing down the print, and increasing the temp. I then printed half the model, and the same issue occurred. While I was taking the model off the printer it broke in two parts.

I believe it may be a result of distance from the bed, and thus a sharper temperature transition and accelerated cooling. I suggest testing with a sheet (Preferably of a heavy and fire resistant material) draped over the printer to trap more heat. If that works, then I would invest in building a heated chamber.

Bump up your print temperature. I'm using 250 degrees if that helps, and never any problems with layer adhesion.

only go above 240 (246 i think its he crit temp for the PEEK part of the SeeMeCNC hot end and most say not to take it above 235C to have a safety margin... I would not go above 235 without using an all metal hotend such as the E3DV6

How old is the V2? If the Rambo is not cooled properly it can start to have extrusion issues (thin and brittle) after an hour or so.
Make sure the fan on the Rambo is ok and take off a panel to allow more airflow.
