Did you have to tune the PID manually?
My bed temp is extremely stable now than I have given the bed its own dedicated power supply. I switched over to Repetier and dialed in PID properly and now it doesn't do that at all once its warmed up and settled in. Bang Bang is the same thing, 100% power, 0% power, 100% power, 0% power, etc. It'll flex the bed up and down, up and down.
