I got away from using the glue on the glass, I now use painters tape and then use the glue on it, works better for me and also easy for cleanup glue comes off with tape. Also add 0.1mm to Z-Height to compensate for tape thickness.

At our shop we have this insulating material called "G10". I looked it up... Polyetherimide with 10% glass reinforcement. 0.03"

Got my new roll of ABS from filaments.ca. Totally different stuff. Same color, but this time it's a glossy black material instead of the matte roll that I received previous. Awesome customer service and ship times for those of us in Canada.
