What it's doing that sets Z at zero is it's taking the smallest endstop value. It seems to show that you have somewhat unbalanced endstop screw lengths as far as maintaining a level plane. I would try adjusting them to get them as close to zero as practical. Many people found that a high offset caused weirdness, as if the math being done on the processor was faulting when given too much as an initial value. By reducing these, you increase your printable height (Very very slightly) as well.

Did you clear eeprom before updating the firmware?

Again, thanks for the guidance. I checked for level and square and thought I was on to something but the minor adjustment made no difference. I adjusted the XYZ endstop offsets to zero via the endstop screws. Still dragging between the Z and X towers.

Can I switch off the auto-leveling and print level manually like the v2?

Yep. Just stop running the probing code.

Yup I did. However, I believe that it may be a tower squareness problem. I moved my printer over thanksgiving so I will spend a day resquaring everything and seeing of that helps. Will report back whenever I get the chance (might be next week)

Using the SeeMeCNC web page to adjust the proper eeprom parameters did resolve my leveling issues. Hopefully they will get a more powerful controller soon and be able to do this using a firmware solution. The Octoprint plugin worked for me once, but no longer recognizes my printer as a SeeMeCNC.

Thank you SeeMeCNC for resolving this for us.

Still having issues even with the towers squared and the new leveling aid posted last week. I'm looking for a physical cause of this issue.

Using the current firmware...
I have been using this version, G29 and the plugin for three days now. It is working really well for me. Reporting 0.03 or 0.02 after the G29 and Delta autocalibration runs. I am getting excellent first layers. Consistent results. Thank you. Thank you all.

So once you run the wizard I can just run G29's when I change build plates? or do I need to run the wizard every time I want to calibrate?

You should be able to just run G29 and roll. It won't mess with any of the other settings that the delta calibration has already fixed.
