Hey. I've been trying to print a larger filament spool for my Rostock. I'm using an STL someone posted here. Every time I try to print it, a few minutes into the first layer the steppers start skipping as the hot end tries to drive down into the bed. It seems to happen in the same place every time, around line 250. I've tried slicing it with both Slic3r 0.9.9 and 1.1.5 with the same result. I'm using pretty standard settings. When I look at the Gcode preview in Repetier I can't see any point when the travel goes below the plane. Anyone got any ideas? I've attached links to the STL and the Gcode.

Can anyone look at the Gcode or maybe run it through their own printer and see if they have the same issue?

I don't suppose this issue might have anything to do with it? http://seemecnc.com/blogs/news/14684425 ... -perimeter. The part I'm trying to print is close to the edge of the print area. I'm going to try adjusting my firmware and see if that helps.
