The assembly manual has pictures of the screws needed in the first few pages. When you get your kit, it is recommended to count everything and make sure you have all that you need. That way if you need anything you know upfront and can notify seemecnc if they need to send you any parts that may be omitted accidentally. This will help your build keep moving along. We got our Rostock V2 kit a couple weeks ago and it looked like everything had been checked by seeme and it looked like some things were even double checked in the packing list. Honestly, I had never soldered before building this kit. I surely didn't have a clue about screw identification either. If you can look at a photo and find the screw that looks like what's in the photo you're in great shape. Best of luck!

Do yourself a favor when you get your kit, label the baggies with a Sharpie when you're doing your parts check. That way, while you're going through the build, you know exactly which screw / bolt is which. Doing this made things much easier for me.

We did this too, and it helped a lot!

Here is what I found that worked perfectly.
I purchased one of these from Harbor Freight (http://www.harborfreight.com/24-divider ... 94458.html) - then labeled each compartment from 1 - 24. I then took the inventory sheet that comes with the hardware kit, and put a compartment number in front of all the line items - the inventory sheet will tape into the lid of the storage container. I then separated the parts into the correct storage compartments. When parts were needed for each sub-assembly, I just went to the correct numbered compartment and grabbed the number of pieces that were needed. It made assembly way easier than digging through a pile.
I also purchased one of these (http://www.harborfreight.com/4-inch-mag ... 90566.html) and as I got to each section, I pre-staged all the components into the magnetic dish - the metal ones do not fly away if you happen to bump it
