Re: Problem trying to move in z-axis
Ah, Im not quite using the same command. Turns out 100mm/minute (F100) is imperceptibly slow over the range of about 1mm... Fixed that in printer settings, all is well.

Re: Problem trying to move in z-axis
Issuing a G0 Z300 F3500 (or G1 Z100 F3500 or similar) works fine. I just cant use the manual Z-axis arrows in the Repetier-Host software. I suppose I can try to work around that, but Im curious a) why that doesnt work (when I hit echo on, it is issuing the same command I do basically: G91, G1 Z-1.00 ...

But when I go in to the manual control, and try to adjust the Z axis at all, something near my Rambo board ...

Re: Rostock MAX Assembly: M3 x 10mm pan head screws
Thanks cambo3d, that certainly would explain why they wont catch. Unfortunately I simply dont have any other screws that even come close to the right size. Off to the hardware store.

Re: Rostock MAX Assembly: M3 x 10mm pan head screws
Thanks for this picture, helped me find these screws as well. Unfortunately, the problem Im having is that these screws are like... 1mm too short to actually bind to the stepper motors through the board. Before I go buying longer screws and trying to cut them to the right size, is there something I ...
