Turning off Bed Leveling in MC was a huge improvement.
Haven't got Cura to work correctly but I'll keep poking at it.

Mac - It doesn't have a probe installed. It was manual leveled with paper. geneb - I just recently updated MC 2.x and it has had less than stellar prints since. This bed level mess has only started since I tried using the bed level feature. I hear Cura was solid so I'll definitely give it a try ...

The file I'm pretty has ~60mm radius. So the outline is something like 65mm. It's definitely something in the software (MatterControl). You can follow the z height around the first layer and see it go from a consistent 0.32 up over 1.0 and back down to 0.32. (See gcode in link) https://1drv.ms/u/s ...
