Re: LCD Jumble
Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having this exact problem on an Orion.

Filament Snapping EZRstruder
I have been having an issue recently where the filament breaks just above the gear in the ezrstruder on my MaxV3. I have tried different filament rolls and have the same issue with those. It seems to happen occasionally during a print so that the plastic stops extruding and begins to print in the ...

Re: Delta Build
I was certain until you asked me about it...What's the best way to count pulley teeth?...
A bunch of the components came from a sainsmart kit with motors and pulleys so I'm not 100 percent sure about the specs.

Re: Delta Build
I went through and measured everything again and now the cube is 17.51 in X and Y and 17.42 in the Z..
It seems like I am going on the right direction.

Re: Delta Build
I'm using 400 mm arms, gt2 20 tooth pulleys, gt2 belts, and 1/16th microstepping.
Is the diagonal arm length different from the arm length?
I calculated the steps per mm at 80 which was the same as what I have for my Rostock max v3.

Delta Build
I'm in the process of building a delta printer. I've gotten to the point where the extruders "work" and the machine responds to the commands I give it. I have an Orion and a rostock max v3 but I really wanted to try and make my own. I am having some printing issues and was wondering if anyone had ...

Re: 2 Filament Kit
The Bowden feeds to the splitter which is a few inches from the hotend. The tool change code retracts the filament before the splitter and then advances the other filament to the hotend.

2 Filament Kit
Has anyone bought the dual filament kit from seemecnc? I have it installed and have been playing around with it. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it yet. I'm not entirely sure how to tweak the settings for filament switching. https://www.seemecnc.com/products/2-into-1-dual ...
